Processing & Shipping Times:

Orders are currently made to order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship.

Due to a recent fire, we are temporarily operating without on-hand inventory. This means each item is made to order as we rebuild.

We truly appreciate your patience and support during this time.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates:

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (if applicable).

  • Expedited shipping rates vary based on location and service selected.

Shipping Carriers:
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection depends on the destination and shipping speed chosen at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Undeliverable or Lost Packages:

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at sol@getsolessentials.com for assistance.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but not received.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
